Change carousel starting pane

I’m wondering if there’s a way to assign something other than the left-most pane as the “key” pane, or starting point for a carousel. Specifically, I’d like to build a 3-pane carousel, and have pane 2 load as the default, so that there are options to scroll either left or right.

Is this feasible? Thanks!

No, that’s not possible the way it’s built. You can link directly to a particular pane, just by appending the #pane_id to the end of the URL. But you will need to make links like that manually, and you won’t be able to do that on an index page – the URL has to be there entirely.

Drat. I don’t mind appending, but this would be on an index page. Hmm, looks like I’ll have to find a plan B.

Thanks for the quick reply, Walter.
