My nephew and I are partners in our business, however we have to separate URLs with basically the same site with some minor changes.
How can I change or duplicate the site and save a copy to another Site folder?
Any other suggestions for accomplishing this are welcome.

Easiest way is simply to do a File>Save As>Nephews.freeway
And then change the File>Document Setup to a new site folder, different upload details etc.
This then gives you 2 FW docs - one for you and 1 for him.
Maje sure that you do the changes in Document setup as you dont want to make a mistake and have him overwrite your files on your server from his document
The other thing to watch for is external non relative links these can be checked in Edit>URLs
Bear in mind that common pages can be copied/pasted from one FW doc to the other.
