change text size on a page

I would like to incorporate the ability to change the text size on a new website I am working on to make the site accessible to users with visual impairments. I have seen this kind of thing on other sites where they use the letter A in three sizes - small, medium and large, these act as a link which in turn adjusts the size of the text on that page.

Is there an action out there to do this? Or are there any tutorials?

Most browsers have this ability built-in, in case you didn’t know.

I realize that buttons on your page would make it more obvious as most people don’t know about this feature.
