We have just released Chroma 1.0.4. This is a free update, which contains the following changes and improvements:
File/Rename doesn’t strip document extensions.
Chroma 1.0.4 requires macOS 10.13 or greater. This is the minimum version of macOS that is supported by Apple’s current development tools. If you are running an older version of macOS, you can continue to use Chroma 1.0.3.
If you bought Chroma from the App Store, you can update via the App Store application. If you bought Chroma directly from us, you can update by choosing Check for Updates from the application (Chroma) menu.
I’ve deleted your license code from the forum message (best not to share this publicly), but it is correct. Are you pasting it into the License Code field?

Yes I opened chroma and pasted number in the license field after I input the email address in the previous field

Can you try downloading a new version of Chroma from our website? You can do this by clicking on the Try button on our Chroma page. Copy this to your Applications folder, then run it and enter your license code.
