I have a regular client that needs to submit details to me for events and meetings. I then take this information and create a registration page for their website (in addition to PDFs for the event).
How can I create an online version of an “event request” form for them to fill out? I simply need the data. The only other submissions might be an image (logo, speaker photo, etc) the user might attach to the request. Can this be handled as well?
I hope this idea would work - I am getting tired of attempting PDF forms or other paper/electronic versions.
There’s also Forms To Go, an additional expense, but according to the
breathless praise heaped on it by its users, well worth it. There’s a
screencast about using it with Freeway over at <http:// FreewayCast.com> , too.

You can use any form submission method to gather the information -
do you currently use the PHP Feedback Form action on any of your

This will handle the information but image uploading can be a
trickier matter and lead to security issues. Can they not just email
images to you.
I use a file uploader script for this but it is in a protected
folder away from casual observers.
