If I use any punctuation at all in my captions inside BLOXX it gets converted to code once I uploade the gallery. This happens with quotes, ampersands, and even apostrophes. Any one else having the same issue or know how to resolve this?

I’ve had a short play with this and I haven’t been able to repeat it
with 1.0.0 or 1.0.5, I’ve uploaded a small example that you can see with
curly quotes and apostrophes as well as standard quotes and apostrophes.

Having a look at the code on your page, my suspicion is that you’re
using a content management system (CMS) to add your content to pages and
that this is not saving curly quotes properly, which is why you’re
getting those random characters in there.
I would suggest that as a first port of call, you should export from
Exhibeo and take a look at ExhibeoExport.html in your browser. This
will confirm whether or not Exhibeo is exporting your captions properly
to narrow down the search.
If the captions are fine here, we’ll know that something is happening
when adding the code to your site. If you are using a CMS and you’re
just copying and pasting the code across, it may just be that some
problem in the CMS is preventing you from using the characters in your
captions, in which case you would need to use alternatives. i.e.
Standard quotes instead of curly quotes.
If the captions aren’t displayed properly in ExhibeoExport.html, the
best thing to do will be to attach your Exhibeo document in an E-Mail to
email@hidden for us to look at. We won’t need all the images,
just the document itself.
