This is more or less the same idea espoused by Thomas Fuchs @madrobby in his book “Retinafy Me”. He doesn’t go as far as setting quality to 0, but shows the dramatic difference you get when you push down to 20 or so. Smaller image over all, and looks great on normal and Retina screens.
