If you remove the Action from the page, does the site publish? Can you screenshot the error you get and post it somewhere we can look at it?

yes the site does publish.
The error I get is : enclosingP has no properties
below that i get a window with code (which I can not copy/paste to show you because it is just not possible)

I know, that’s a bug in my opinion (that error screens are not selectable for copy/paste). That’s why I recommended a screenshot instead.
Looking at the ActionsForge info page for this, I wonder: did you insert the Action inline within a paragraph of text, as the instructions tell you to? The error is telling you that it could not find an enclosing paragraph. If you applied the Action in some other manner (inserted it into the page, drew it on the page) then that would explain this error.

It is purely to display the default cookies text so that you don’t have to type it out yourself. It picks up on the default styles in your FW doc - unless you choose otherwise. This became a requirement in the UK.
