Hi Joe … I was referring to the EE Core. Now Ellislab has given the Core back to the public for free, I wonder if the original action(suit) still applies, or need (and receive) an update here.

AFIAK, if you’re on FWP5, things should be okay.
BUT, I haven’t tested FW6 vs. EE, nor the new EE Core yet.

I just installed a copy of Core (replacing a long-expired EE2 install!), and everything seems to be working fine.
This was also a test of FW6 and the EE Actions, which seem to have no problems.
Of course, if you run into anything, please let me know.
