Thanks guys that was very helpful. I ended up using one by Robert Hashemian at JavaScript Countdown/Count-up Timer/Clock/Ticker Widget for Web Pages

It was really easy to configure and implement by using an HTML Markup item in Freeway. Here’s the result:
