Creating An AppleScript To Run Commands in Terminal

Here is something way off topic, but I know there are all kinds of people here who would offer a suggestion on how to do this.

I have a list of four ‘commands’ I would like to execute in Terminal. But I don’t want to always open up Terminal and enter in these four commands because I read about the ability to create an AppleScript that will work like Automator and enter these commands for you and then close Terminal. However, I can’t figure it out. Any ideas on how to do this?

Here are the four commands:

atsutil fontprotection -off, atsutil databases -removeUser, atsutil server -shutdown, atsutil server -ping

Any help would be great.
