Well, it has the standard blue box - html item. I just clicked on Layer in the Inspector pallet and the app shutdown on me! Is it supposed to be layered/absolute? I am certain I have tried it both ways - I am still getting errors of some sort. When I try as layered it gives me the message about undefined height and I say “ok” at that prompt…
Some success - dont have a clue how it works, but I went step by step, paying attention to the order of the objects on the page > the menu is at the bottom of the list (making it the top most object).
Now my only issue is that when I DO publish, I still see the text “Publish to see something” and it appears on the website too!! Check out this test site:

Success! I would point out though that your photo album disrupts page load a bit and causes minor visual glitches on loading, but once it’s loaded everything looks correct.
You dont see the text below the Home spot? I can see it in Firefox… hmmm.
Yeah, the load area flashes a white box, right? Oh well… I have no clue how to change that. It was success just to get the background color to match the webpage!! LOL If you have any suggestions… pass them along! The gallery was made with a Aperture export plugin.
Well, now I am getting javascript errors - and I havent changed a thing! I have text link to new window on the About page - guess this is where the issue is. But it appears to be a glitch in the action, not my use of it.
The problem with the **Publish to … appearing in the image below the
menu is a know bug, we hope to have a fix for that soon.

Yeah, I cam across a problem a short while ago that stemmed from
converting the item from a green layer item to a blue item, this would
always give a warning that the item was overflowed. In the end I just
recreated the menu. I will try and get some repeatable steps so I can
get something logged. If you find anything repeatable then please also
let me know.
Many thanks,
Joe

Thanks Joe. Any other insight on the problems in this thread?
Well, my issues didnt really start from going to blue and green or
visa versa. I first created the box with a couple line items and
then applying the css menu action. When I would go back to add stuff
or change things it started to go all wrong. I am afraid to touch
what I have done so far - “if it aint broke dont fix it”… if I can
nail down some set results that reproduce, I will drop an email.
