Do you have a small (or cut-down) document that shows the problems you are having?
If you put one somewhere (e.g. on Dropbox) and email me a link and some instructions on how to reproduce the problem (emailing to: support at softpress dot com), I can take a look at it.
Freeway has a Save Archive option which will gather any resources that are needed to go with the document.
