CSS Menu With Images

Can the new CSS menu functionality be used with images? For instance, can the original nav button that is clicked be an image?

You can add a background image using CSS styling, absolutely.

Thanks. I’ll have to experiment with that a bit.

I’ve only just finished the tutorials that come with v5.

Nice piece of software!

I’ve been watching the Freeway Quicktime tutorial on creating links
which will allow users to download PDFs.
I wonder whether as far as the search engines are concerned the text
in the PDF document (which sits in the Freeway Media file) is
considered as if it were HTML content on a Freeway page.
If the Freeway page itself has one reference to tomatoes and there is
a PDF document in the Media file with ten references to tomatoes, do
the search engines see eleven references to tomatoes on that website?

Google can index (and convert to HTML) the contents of PDF files. But I don’t think that they do this for all PDFs. It would be interesting to see if there is some metric that they follow, or if they require the site that links to the file to have some basic level of “interestingness” in order to go to the trouble.
