I am looking to create a CSS menu that has a horizontal main menu but also a horizontal submenu, rather than a vertical list, so that i get 2 parrallel horizontal lines in the menu.
I have uploaded a jpeg to the example link to give an idea of what i am after.
This is great David - exactly what I am after
Would you mind giving me the code you used for this?
and perhaps lending a hand in how to implement this?
Cheers

I ended up using the CSS Menus Action for the sub menu which, on reflection, I should have replaced with a simple text box with linked text in it as the CSS for the main menu wants to naturally control the widths of the sub menu items as well. To correct this I had to add a line of CSS to the Edit > Styles dialog. One of the biggest issues with BAM is CSS inheritance where styles for the main menu are cascaded down into the child menus. This isn’t the fault of Freeway as the Action is moving the content around behind its back.
Anyway, hopefully this should give you an indication of how you can add horizontal sub menus in a CSS Menu using the BAM Action.
Regards,
Tim.

The advantage being that it is WYSIWYG which you wont have if you use mine!
But if you want to try my version then drop me a line including your specific requirements. You will get my email by clicking on my Name in the head of any of my posts on FWT
