Is it not possible to put a picture into a CSS table? I am unable to.

Double-click inside the table cell, choose Insert / Graphic Item from the main menu. Click once on the resulting graphic box, choose File / Import to add the image to the graphic box. You can crop and scale the image within the box, and drag the corners of the box to resize it to fit the table cell.

Another question if I may. Is there a setting for a table cell so that it adjusts to what is inside of it? Like a 100% setting.

Try my Remove Dimensions Action. You can remove the dimensions or force them to a different value than Freeway set for you.
