Customer service

I have a Mediabridge router and needed some tech support today. Their website www.mediabridgeproducts.com said they had no power or phone service due to Hurricane Sandy, but would provide support by email.

So I emailed my question, and within an hour got a cheerful, useful response. I have this image of a guy typing away by lantern light, a car battery at his feet hooked up to his laptop, a cell phone serving as a modem… Anyhow, just amazing customer service.
