Hi folks. I’ve copied and pasted 2 paras of text from a Word doc and set each to same font and 14px in the Inspector. Despite that one para has larger typeface than the other. I’ve tried various combos of text sizes and fonts but it makes no difference. Any ideas anyone?

Don’t know if this will help but sometimes - I just copy text from Word and paste into TEXTEDIT and copy paste into freeway doc.

If you copy strraight from Word you get the Word formatting Gremlins along for the ride.
There is an action called ‘Word Zapper’ to deal with this but as Trev suggests the best way to remove all that nonsense is to paste it into a PLAIN text editor first and then copy out into your FW doc.

Hi again Dave,
I’ve closely followed the instructions at FreewayActions.com | Word Zapper and I have placed the action on a couple of pages but can’t get the words ‘Word Zapper’ to appear top left as described with the Graphics Preview in the View menu turned off.
The only difference is that the pages now have a Freeway Logo attached to their name in the sidebar. The text I am trying to zap has not changed when viewed in a browser. I can get the actions palette to show and all the boxes are ticked.
By the way, I am using Freeway 5 Pro.
Any thoughts Dave?

This is not critical - if you applied it as a page action and can see the action interface then it is applied.
Post a link to your example page(s) - there may be another problem there.
