Easy Web Animator 3

Does anyone have any experience using Easy Web Animator 3?

I’d like to make some short videos that include some photos that move around the frame, and thought that this program might be a simple way to do it.

If someone knows of another program that’s fairly simple to use I’d appreciate hearing about it.

Hi Bryan,

Thanks. Hype looks very interesting.
I’m not up on html5, do the files that
this programs makes, play on all browsers?

Bob

Easy Web Ani ‘export to video’ a .mov (QT) . For about 30 bucks you can get QT Pro 7 which is a really easy and useful tool for many things, joining movies, making various types for iphones and fast loads… lookup at apple.com.

There are also a great deal of converters for changing file types.

I am not ready to make the Hype hop either. I think I’ll read Walter’s very descriptive email a few more times.

Hi Bob,

I have found that it works well on Chrome, FF, Safari and Opera. Earlier versions of IE have problems - i’ve found the animations are not smooth - I keep IE7 around for testing - however, what does work on older IE? A feature of Hype I really like is that when you go to export the file for use in Freeway, it provides detailed error messages where conflicts arise various browsers - i.e. IE doesn’t support gradients. This way you can decide if a change in design is necessary.

Frank - please provide a link to Walt’s very descriptive email. as I have searched the forum but haven’t found anything - Thanks

I didn’t realize Easy Web Ani made a QT file,
thought it just did flash files.
Think I’ll jump into it and take a look.

Thanks,
Bob
