Can anyone tell me if it’s possible to incorporate eBay listings within a Freeway built website? I have been asked to create a website where visitors can browse a catalogue of products and be able to purchase them. My client has created an eBay store but it would be nice if his customers could purchase products from within his own website without being redirected to eBay. I’ve never done an online store before but I’d really like to take on this project.

It might be possible to display but not to purchase without being on eBay site.
Hi Jon,
eBay offer an affiliate programme and an APi that allows your users to search for and list items on your site. Once clicked on the eBay listing is opened and the user is left to complete the purchase on the eBay site. As an example this demo site (http://demo1.mcjiffy.com/) was created using this open source PHP script (http://www.mcjiffy.com/).
If you want to keep the users on your site and away from purchasing through eBay then I think you’ll need to replicate the items in your own cart using Mals or another cart system.
Regards,
Tim.
