ebay listings.

How can I get round spacing problems with tables when using a Freeway-created template to make ebay listings?
Ebay seems to treat each table row as a new paragraph. Whatever height I give the table cells I end up with at least a centimetre between each table cell in the ebay listings.
I am looking for any way of entering data that consists of headings at the start of the line followed by an indented para of data for each heading with the line spacing a reasonably close approximation to how it appears in a browser preview before loading.

Can you post a link to an example – a link to the layout code on a regular Web server somewhere, and a link to a current or expired auction using that code. There is probably a bit of CSS in the eBay styles that is overriding the Freeway standard for layout tables. You may be able to override their code with some of your own, but then again, it’s very hard to say. eBay does some very tricky things with the code they include.

Apparently ebay treats each row of a table as a paragraph break and leaves a line of space between the rows - pretty much as Freeway does with a normal carriage return - which explains the extra spacing when the listing appears on ebay. I was hoping there was some simple method of achieving the same effect in Freeway without using tables but I am told not.
I don’t want to spend much more of my time (or yours) by getting involved in sorting out amendments to ebay’s coding for what is a freebie for a friend.
Many thanks for the offer of help.
