Please explain how to draw the egg shape in Intaglio

Hi.
Type “O” for the Oval-tool. Hold shift-key down while click&drag for a perfect circle.
Go “Object->Convert->Arcs to Curves”.
Hit “X” for “Point Selection Tool” , hold shift-key down and select the upper point to drag it up till you get a nice egg shape.
