email link 'scrambled'

Hi could someone please confirm (as I believe it does) that FW scrambles the html for an email address if I put “CONTACT” on the page with a link to my email address ? or should I go for the ‘Anti Spam’ action?

File>Document Setup>Output>Email Hiding:Encode with Entities

But Anti Spam is good too
