Email Purgatory

I’ve tried 3 times now to email the company with an upgrade question and their Spam filter keeps kicking me back. Anyone have other contact info for them? I’ve never had this much trouble trying to give someone money before…

No luck. For some reason their Spam filter will not let me through. I WAS going to upgrade but if I can’t get support or any other kind of contact with the company, I guess I’ll look elsewhere… Anyone else have this problem or do customers just give up?

I’m having the same problem. I can’t get Sketchpad and the Intaglio desktop software to work together (recognize each other’s files) and had emailed the support address only to have my email kicked back as spam. This is frustrating to say the least. I really wish there were a way to get direct support.

Nick: I’m sorry about the problem. I don’t know what’s going on at the ISP that’s causing the problem with the e-mail. This is the first I’ve heard of it and the ISP is looking into it. If it’s still a problem you can also reach me at nallick-at-gmail.com.

I think Rick got in contact now.
