When importing an eps file produced from Intaglio into a Finale (music notationl) file, there is no preview. It seems to print OK on my postscript laser printer, but no preview is very problematic for preparing the Finale files.
It previews OK in InDesign CS4, so I tend to think the problem is a Finale problem. However, some other eps files DO preview correctly when placed in Finale.

Just a guess but worth a try. Have a look in Intaglio´s Preferences under the tab “Documents”. Is “Add Image Previews When Saving” checked?

Yes it is checked. Intaglio eps docs preview OK in every app I’ve tried EXCEPT Finale, so must be a Finale glitch.
Preview OK in InDesign CS4, TextEdit, Pages '09, Bean, MarinerWrite.
Appreciate your reply. I’ve been in a long forum discussion on the Finale site, and wanted to get the Intaglio perspective.
