Error message on publish

I use Freeway version 7.1.4. (7070). After I moved a freeway file from
my old computer (running OSX 10.7.5) to my new computer (running macOS
Sierra 10.12.5) via Google Drive, I started to experience the following
issue: Frequently Freeway would report the following error when I was
publishing the files:

]] Could not complete your request
because of a program error.
(-26100:251:1402) [[

Moving the file out of the Google Drive folder did not work. In fact, to
publishing work (and thus avoid the error message above), I had to use
‘publish everything’ (Command+Control+P). I has to be mentioned,
perhaps, that even if I have used my new computer with Freeway before, I
have seldom used it for publishing.

Has anyone else experienced this error?

Same issues were mentioned earlier:

It occurs when one updates his machine, or moves to another. Probably your ‘new’ homefolder differs from your old one. It might help when you re-sample all used Resources first and retry.
