Exhibeo as Piece of Web Page

I do not want an Exhibeo only web page. I tried using iFrame and it ruins my page. I’ve tried moving the CSS and Java to the same folder as my page and relinking the images but then the images do not link out properly. Any documentation on how to do this. Thanks.

There are some instructions in Exhibeo Help:

  1. Choose Exhibeo Help from Exhibeo’s Help menu
  2. Choose Show Topics
  3. Choose Add a gallery to a website
  4. Follow the instructions under Adding a gallery to a hand coded site

Thank you. Finally got it. I had some other photo scripts and CSS that was interfering. Now…. I would like to move the java scripts and CSS to my main folder. Will that work or must I have those files in every folder with the gallery? Thanks

You’d have to hand-edit the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files to ensure that the links work. Also, the CSS and JavaScript files are customised for each gallery, so they’re not necessarily identical between galleries.

Xway (our web-design program) does actually consolidate these CSS and JavaScript files, so it is possible, but I think it’s a fair amount of work if you’re hand editing.
