[Express] (-43:271:207) Could not Publish Site

Hi,
The above code comes up when I attempt to publish or upload my website.

Recently my laptop battery died. Before hand, I backed up my laptop (applications and documents included) onto my portable hard drive.

Currently, I am borrowing a Mac laptop so I can make changes to my website but I cannot upload or publish any changes to my site.

Has anyone worked with freeway from a terrabyte or a portable usb?

I would appreciate help,
