Does anyone know why some of my embedded music on my website all starts playing at the same time? I’ve changed the “autoplay” value to “false” but for some reason it does not work consistently. Some of the tracks do not while others do.

Yes, sorry I forgot to mention that it seems to only happen on PC/Windows OS…because you’re right, it works just fine with Safari and FF on my other computer, which is a Mac.
Can’t answer that one - it may be version specific. C21 seems to be the most popular - what version do you have?
After further digging it does appear to be a recurring problem in Chrome
Some workarounds are to use autostart: 0 or to add type=“audio/mpeg”
Can I also suggest that you avoid space characters in your file names - stick to alphanumerics (a-z, A-Z, 0-9, underscores _ and hyphens -
Anything else can trip up browsers/servers.
Something else to consider is your use of a Frameset. This is considered as very old school and is entirely Search Engine unfriendly - never mind impossible for your visitors to bookmark a page!
