[Express] Comments Section to Site

There must be an obvious solution to this as it sounds like a pretty rookie tool:
I want to imbed some HTML so that people on my site can add comments sequentially. This often appears below news threads on news pages. Anyone out there who can point me in the right direction?

There is the Disqus action for Pro - Comments - ActionsForge

And it shouldn’t be that difficult to hand code into Express but maybe if you want the feature enough it might persuade you to upgrade to Pro
