[Express] Disqus comments on a Freeway page?

Does anyone know how to add Disqus code to get comments on a Freeway website?

I have a local food directory, lots of short entries for things like farmers’ markets, etc. Ideally, I’d like to add comments to every single entry and when the user wants to add a comment/see other comments, it will direct to another page.

Any idea how to do it? It doesn’t have to be Disqus, anything will do.
