First time using Express - Site just started
Created the blue bands at top and sides by using the Graphic Rectangle and filling with the blue color - on Master Page.
Note if you click on one of the listings in the left band, you can go from one to another, no problem.
However, if you click on one of the links to an external site, MGA or Golf Committee it creates a Tab showing Home Page will take you back to the site - However the blue bands are gone until you do a refresh. Not a clue what is causing or how to correct.
Can anyone give me any suggestions on what might be causing the issue and how to correct?
