When I type in titles for items, which then also become the default alt text, the spaces between words are removed next time I view them. Also, often the text is truncated with only the first couple of words appearing but then they reappear in part.
I wouldn’t really care except that the title is the default alt text.
The title field becomes the ID of the image, so it cannot contain spaces or begin with a numeral. If you want to edit the alt text, there’s a field for that where you can enter as much text as you need, and spaces and any characters, too. Have a hunt through the inspector.
