[Express] overflowed text?

Hi there, I’m pretty new to this and seem to have come unstuck.

I set up a master page with a menu bar of internal hyperlinks running down the left hand side which I then locked. making a new page I had a graphic box which I imported an image into. because it was a bit too large for the box, I thought I’d try the ‘fit box to image’ thing. unfortunately this pushed everything in my menu out, so I tried to rescale the image so it was smaller, no luck, I’ve deleted the image and no luck and I’ve unlocked all the links in the master page to try and rejiggle them, but no luck, though two did come back.

Any suggestions?

preferably in idiot’s language cause I’m clearly not safe to left alone with this thing!

Hi there, I would really need to know the dimensions of your Page and the dimensions of your master page, check that the master page dimensions are not smaller.

I think without any doubt i would personally look at all your dimensions?

Is the menu bar on the master page made up of seperate html boxes or have you a larger box with containers inside.

Something on that master page is clearly taking up unnecessary space, unless your master page is too small?

Only thoughts since I am unable to see your project.
