Hello, very new user (just two days). I’m really liking Freeway Express and Showcase. I made a simple website and gallery with thumbnails (www.mayflowerchapter.com) but the gallery is not working in Safari. It does work in Firefox on the Mac and IE on Windows. I’m sorry if this has been rehashed before. I tried searching and did not readily find an answer.

Here is something to try
Select your Showcase item on the FW page (item1) and in the inspector change item1 to read mygallery (or similar)
Now hold down the Option Key and choose File>Publish Everything
Reupload your site and test
For some reason certain browsers are not applying the styles from the Gallery stylesheet - maybe this will kick it into life.

Thank you, Dave. I tried it, I think, but it didn’t help. I had not heard of holding down the option key before. Is that a Mac thing or a Freeway thing? (New to both–Mac for six months, Freeway, a couple days). I will likely write to support on Monday. Katie has been responsive to another question I had.

Again, thank you Dave and Walt for all your help. I’m learning so much. I wouldn’t have known about the Publish All trick. I did get the answer from Tech Support and it worked. The problem per Keith was, “… because you’ve used the Showcase item as an item within the flow of the text inside another item.” The solution was to, “… select the Showcase gallery item on the page and cut it. Now select the item called “main” and paste it in. You won’t see much difference, but the item is now nested inside the item rather than inside the text flow of “main”.” As I wrote to Keith, I definitely need to read more of your documentation and learn about object orientation.
