Need help wrapping text around images essential to subject comprehension. I thought inflow process would do that but have been unable to accomplish. Text never flows it round the .jpg image. Studied the manual and video but do not get the window on page 70 of the Getting Started section showing a graphics window align selection … which doesn’t appear … or there is something that I’ve missed.
This is with text typed on the page and the image pasted brought in from the menu selection. Also tried it in HTML box with same result… does not wrap…
If there is a more expanded explanation of wrapping text please advise.
Click within the text until you get a flashing cursor at the point in the text where you want it to appear. The actual position in relation to the text is set later
Insert>Graphic Item
Select the Graphic Item and Import your picture into it and resize it and the image to suit your layout. Then with the graphic item selected look in the Inspector (Pic below if looking at the web based FWT) and then you will see the options to set Align etc which will determine the position of the graphic- I think you may be more restricted with Express.
Still getting overflowed and will not be published…
however, it DOES PUBLISH in Safari… and I can find no overflow… There are two images (graphics) inserted per the above… but they are inside the page limits.
I suppose I could remove them and see it that solves the situation, and then re install them as they are integral to the learning process
Well, keep digging and solutions arrive.
clicked on the page icon and got to view something in the master left column which showed an duplicate Item 1 and item 1a where other pages did not. Deleted the 1a and it published without the cannot window.

In Express it can be quite easy to do this and have 2 items on top of each other and then the one overlapped will not display properly.
As you have now discovered viewing in ‘Page View’ like this shows all your items on the page however if you give each item an appropriate name in the Inspector - (Select the item and then look under the 1st Tab for the Title entry) - then you will be able to keep track of what should and should not be there more easily.
FW helpfully gives each item a name for you but everything being called Itemxx is not great for SEO and Readability.
