Until an earlier post by me about problems with Fasthosts, I was unaware that the excellent aforementioned company was now the awful 1and1.
I remember Fasthosts as being an excellent provider, including their Support section that actually worked. I want to change several Billing Contacts on lots of my domains but now, a search for “Billing Contact changes” (or similar) brings up a top hit as “How can I apply for an SSL certificate?”
But of course, they are completely related aren’t they?
So if any Fasthosts supporters are here to help this curmudgeonly old fool - thanks.

You should be able to do this through your Control Panel > Your Account tab. I agree, however, that Fasthosts isn’t as customer friendly as it used to be.

I had a reply from Support Collin and they say this:
“I’m afraid you have to do it manually on the Fasthost’s Control Panel. You need to go to Domain names tab and click on the domain name. Then, update first the contact details and once you have saved it, you have to go back to Domain names tab and click again the domain. Scroll down a bit and you click on the Edit contact under the Billing details. From there you can change the billing contact details.”
Very helpful and Freeway friendly - owner David Owen frequently visits this list. It’s where most of my clients go at the moment.
