Seems that softpress.com is completely down. I doubt SoftPress took it down this quick. Must have been a stupid hacker, possibly a user of another web design tool giddy over the fact our superior web design tool is now defunct.
For now, use ARCHIVE.ORG (wait for the redirect when you click links there):

Joe, if you are reading this maybe you can get in touch when you have a second?
As the message on the home page says the site is pretty much a faithful ’scrape’ of the KB from the week of 4th July 2016 (ish) although you can expect to find broken links out of the KB to other parts of the old Softpress site as well as a broken search facility. When I get time I’ll see if I can clean this up and reinstate the search facility as well as get the other parts of the Softpress site up and running.

One app that looks interesting is Pinegrow. I’m clearly not going to rush into anything. It seems to operate using units, similar to RapidWeaver, but it appears to allow the inclusion of PHP and doesn’t look too horrible price wise.
One downside - the UI looks ghastly in places!

Sorry about the site being down - all my fault. It’s back up now (though I haven’t managed to get https:// to work at all - will look at that when I have time).
Here’s a little more information for you:
FreewayTalk and the KnowledgeBase will be available indefinitely.
As far as I know right now, Freeway works fine in MacOS 10.12 Sierra.
I’m going to go through all your emails to support and sales as soon as I get a chance and get any lost serial numbers out. This will probably be tomorrow or early next week now as things are a little busy for me, as I’m sure you can imagine!
Thanks so much for all your kind messages. It’s fantastic to hear how Softpress changed the lives of so many and I’m very proud to have been a part of that. I have no doubt that the rest of the team at Softpress, past and present, feel the same way. Speaking of which - I’d like to send a special shout out to Richard Logan, Vanessa Gregory, Alan Shouls, Kevin Meaney, Jeremy Hughes, Stewart Fellows, Simon Manning, Anna Henderson, James Davies, Tim Plumb, Keith Rigley, Katie Wagner, James Bairstow, Linda Munro, Gillian Betterton, Chris Sowley, Henk Hodiament, Volker Ritzhaupt, Thierry Rolland, Alex, Marco Cumar, Walter Davis, Keith Martin, Paul Dunning, Joe Mascara, James Wages, and Heather Kavanagh, all of whom made Softpress what it was. Thanks guys - it was a blast! Sorry if I left you out - it’s nothing personal.
Finally, I’d like to thank you. Yes you. Without you there would have been no Softpress. None of it. Nada. So thank you very, very, VERY much
Peace and love,
Joe
PS I’ll try and be around on here as much as I can to offer help (as long as you don’t need to get https working properly after your ssl certificate has expired).

Best wishes to all Softpress staff - I know I speak for a lot of others when I say that Freeway (in >particular) changed my career path for the better.
Yes, Freeway changed the possibilities for me too. Thank you. I will
miss looking for updates.
