How can I set a small information bar as “clickable” fixed footer on the bottom?
It should look like the one on CNet:

(I actually know how to place it. Fixed in the window. BUT…
…It is either 100% or left or right – but never in the center. And I cannot make it “clickable”.)

One way is to make a div, pin in to the bottom of the page using bottom margin 0px, make the width 100%, click inside this div and insert another div, use margins in the inspector palette to auto left auto right and centre it.
It looks like that’s how they’ve done it.
