Fixed Cell Widths in Table

I have an iFrame that contains alot of table cells and when I scroll down I still want the header bar (titles) to be visible so, I have a table outside of the iFrame and one inside - is there a way of specifying a fixed width for the cells so that they never misalign.

Does that make sense? In my head it does…

ideally you need to make a style called table though this would effect all the tables.
The style would need be:

table {table-layout: fixed}

this would then fix the width of the cells to the width you specified regardless of content.
