Flash player and .flv

Me again - as you can tell I am spending most of my life, at the moment, trying to build a new site. Anyway I have to upload some videos. QT’s are easy but a bit big so I’ve got an FLV and and a SWF skin. I came across an excellent post by ‘xpixel’ that seems to offer a solution to the problem of getting the 2 up onto the site but here I am confused again. I followed the link to, what I thought was going to be the “Extra Resources” action, but downloaded a text file not an .fwaction - so I’m stumped

Thanks to anyone for taking the time to help me out yet again (believe me this won’t be the last) ! Roger

If you rename the file so it ends in fwaction, does that help you?
