Is this possible to automate? So the PDFs will be sent automatically without him having to attach and send the PDFs manually.
Do you know if this is possible in Freeway - is there some kind of Action to do this?
In terms of SEO, would it be better to have the PDFs ‘visible’ for normal download or as individual pages so they can be picked up by search engines? Would a PDF be ‘hidden’ from search engines if they are only sent when contact info is entered?
One of the easiest ways to do this is to put the links to the PDFs on
the Success page of the PHP Feedback Form. As far as search engines,
you’re dealing with conflicting agendas here.
If the content within these PDFs is something that you want to be
found and indexed, then you’d best duplicate it as HTML pages within
your site. Then the content is free to be found.
If you are truly trying to hide that content, to make it exclusive and
premium, then rest assured that search engines do not submit forms.
This is by no means secure, and it’s still possible that Google and
other spiders can find this page through other channels. If you really
must keep these PDFs “subscribers only”, then do as David suggests,
and send them out as e-mail attachments. Understand though that then
you’ve got another rampart to climb: spam filters.

Hi guys,
I have a client who wants his site visitors to be able to select
from 5 PDF documents that they can download.
The PDFs will only be sent when they have entered their email
address and name.
