I have a potential client that wants to offer dental plans and have someone order them on line like on this site:
how would you suggest doing that? also can we do the continue - to another page so all the
questions are not on the same page?
For check out I can just do paypal correct?

I dont either… but the client likes the seperate pages / areas and was wondering.

Put them off - it just means more work and extra coding, cookies etc. in other words - more money.
You usually find that if it costs them more then they don’t really need it
