Hi,
Is there a method or action which allows some level of formatting on the mail which is generated by the SEND FORM action in Freeway.
In the standard email sent by the form, the recipient receives a fairly basic email, with no formatting at all and which isn’t very easy to read.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The mail generated by Send Form is plain text, and there is no way to format it further without re-writnng the form handler generated by the Action. Sending HTML mail is a non-trivial thing, and making sure that it is deliverable (and not screened out as spam) is even harder.
Can you post an example of the messages you are receiving? What about plain text makes them difficult to read?
