I started this thread over two years ago and have since abandoned that recommendation.
My new replacement (while not waiting for FW to come back) is RocketCake. I mentioned it in a thread some time ago but there was no interest here.
I’ve built quite a few websites (responsive) with this 39 euro app for Mac and Windows and I’ll post and example of one of mine and others from the publisher’s forum. You may want to try the free download and give it a whirl.
