If you import a resource with spaces directly into Xway, Xway does replace the spaces with hyphens in its internal copy, but it stores a path to the original resource (with spaces). So you might see some-picture.jpg in the File field (in the Resources view), but some picture.jpg in the Path field. I’ve never encountered any problems in this area. I also tested importing some picture.jpg into a Freeway document, and then importing that into Xway, and it just worked.
