Can anyone take a look at this site (I’m doing for my wife’s business) and tell me why the Home page is jumping a few pixels higher than the other pages and why the background picture has a larger zoom than the other pages?
I’d be most grateful. I’ve taken the entire thing to pieces, put it back together again and it’s still doing it. Only one master page and it’s based on the Floral template.
It’s nothing to do with Freeway 7. You either need to apply the fullwidthbackground style to the home page, or remove it from all the other pages.

Two hours of pissing around solved by one well placed click.
The good news is that I’m learning a lot and as I’ve mentioned previously, FW7 is a really tremendous update. I’m loving it, despite the learning curve I’ve found myself in.
Oops! Sorry Joe. I always preface my questions with FW7 (since the upgrade) and now realise that this thread title looks like I’m complaining about FW7 … which I’m not. Feel free to edit it if you want.
I sorted this as directed by Joe, but it has reappeared and I can’t find out what’s causing it.
The background image size is increasing on the iPad and smaller screens but not when I resize my desktop browser (Safari). It’s also fine in FW Preview mode.
I have completely cleared fullwidthbackground from all pages then re-applied it to the Master. Nothing changes. Any ideas?
So, I’ve found that if I use the background image for page instead of window, it works okay.
I don’t understand why this is the case, but there you go. It appears to depend on the length of content on the page, that is altering the ‘zoom’ of the background.
However, I wonder if this will cause any problems on some browsers? I only have the Apple-sphere for testing.
Also wondering … on iOS, the background scrolls (I have background scrolling turned off in the FW settings). Is this something that is controlled by Safari on iOS?
