Getting a music player onto freeway?

Do you have to create a separate flash player and then add it to the existing page?

If so, then does anyone know a good program thats free and easy to use?

Thanks for any help guys.

free: upload files to your server and then use myflashfetish.com to
create the playlist and get the code to paste in.

or buy wimpy player or wimpy rave- wimpyplayer.com or jwplayer from
longtailvideo.com - both have wizards, preset templates and good
instructions and tools to build your own skins.

Try the Yahoo Media Player action (http://www.freewayactions.com/test/yahoo-media-player/
).

  1. Go to Insert/ Action/ Yahoo Media Player to add the action to your
page or in a run of text
  2. Using the action interface choose to specify the music to play
either by file upload or (if the files are already online and linked
from an existing html page) by URL
  3. Add the file (or URL), the link text, link title (tooltip), and
    album art etc
  4. Upload the site and preview the player in action (the code won’t
work if the music files aren’t on a public server so you won’t be able
    to preview this locally)

Regards,
Tim.

Select the link for MP3 players.

I’ve used one and it was reasonable easy to install and use.

And it’s free !

There’s also a new service at http://www.podsnack.com. Not totally free, but relatively cheap.

I used one from http://www.flashmp3player.org
Also free with link to them, modest to purchase. Easy to use. Good luck!
