Getting rid of a thin white border

Hi folks

I just got a new logo, so mounted it on my site.

Its got a thin white line around it though.

I tried creating it as a long png, and then putting it into the Header Wrapper as a selected image. But that didnt really work very well. So I then I placed the logo on top of the banner, and selected the same colour as background. But that didnt look like the same colour as my png logo background. So then I used a small square of the background, and placed it into the select image. That works, but theres this thin line…

Suggestions please?

Steve

It looks like the original logo you imported had the dark background? And when you exported the image from your graphics app created a pixel wide artefact surrounding the whole image that is fractionally lighter.

Go back to your logo, remove the background entirely and have the logo image use a transparent background export it as a 24bit PNG, then import back into Freeway.
