Good SEO tips for a FW site?

Hi,

I have been using freeway for about 6 months, and after reading an ebook on SEO recently I was wondering if having an internal link navigation using rollover graphic buttons would not be the best optimizing for search engines. The author points out that search engine bots read html and not javascript and therefor one should have a text based navigation so that internal links are crawled and indexed well. My FW site uses rollover buttons as the header navigation would it be better to use the newer FW5 css nav bar for seo?

Any other good on page seo practices any one cares to share would also be appreciated. Thanks!

First of all, it would be beneficial to use text navigation with CSS styled menus. Second of all, you don’t need FW 5 to do it. As long as you know how to use CSS styling FW 4 will work just fine using the Styles Editor.
